What we collect
Email enquiries. If you contact us using the email link on this website, your email app sends your message directly to the address shown. We use the information you choose to include only to respond to your enquiry and handle the matter you contacted us about.
Email. If you email us directly, we receive the details you include.
What we do not do
- This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and does not currently run analytics.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not process payments or collect card or bank details on this website.
Third-party services
Podcast players. Spotify and Apple Podcasts players are only loaded when you choose to load them. Once loaded, those providers may collect information under their own privacy policies.
External links. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, MyDonation, Google Meet and our book reading site lead to services run by others, or to separate Glorylight services, with their own privacy practices.
Giving. Online giving is completed on the MyDonation platform. Please review its privacy policy before giving.
How long we keep information
We keep messages for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of correspondence, then delete them when no longer needed.
Your choices
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to Hello@theglorylightcommunity.org.
Children
This website is not directed at young children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
Changes
If we add analytics, cookies or other technologies, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
